Flowers for Your Valentine

It’s the season of love, gratitude, and appreciation! And this year especially, you can feel good knowing that the flowers you order this Valentine’s Day are truly helping to support a local small business in an industry that has been rocked to the core by the global pandemic. Personally, I am so appreciative of all the care and support I have received in my transition from an events-only florist to a more traditional retail style small business. Merci!

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I love seeing your tagged photos. This holiday be sure to use the hashtag #supportlocalflorists to let everyone know that you aren’t just sending flowers but supporting a local small business operating in an industry that is truly struggling.

To place an order, please use this form to select the perfect arrangement for your Valentine. Within 24 business hours, we will email you an invoice for payment. If you would like to speak to someone by phone or have questions about your order, please text (301) 648.8181 with your name and request for a “Valentine Call Back.” Our in-house specialist, Directrice Jill, will return calls between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday and can walk you through every step of the process while Ashley is designing in the studio. Thank you again for supporting our truly local and small business. We look forward to making you the hero/heroine of this holiday!

Below are some examples of “style” but each order is custom designed to your color specifications as listed above.

A small note on pricing: Flowers are always more expensive the week of Valentine's Day due to the nature of supply and demand. This year we are seeing an even greater increase in prices coming from the growers - many farms have closed due to the economic impact of Covid-19 and supply is even scarcer than in past years. Unfortunately, these realities impact my pricing. Please believe me when I say that it gives me no pleasure to charge more than usual. If my pricing is prohibitive, I suggest placing an order before February 7th with a note that reads “An early Valentine” or one after February 22nd that reads, “You are my forever Valentine.”
